RETURNS
At L’Dior, all hair products are inspected and quality-checked before shipping.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept any hair that has been opened, worn, installed, brushed, combed, washed, or altered in any way. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
